Sorry a stupid question for a newbie - how do you get multiple quotes in one response? I tried the 'multi-quote' button, but does not seem to work for me

    2. 1.05 base mpg + better throttle response for every gear by dialing individual throttle by gear tables

I'm very very happy with 1.05 so far!! Been running 91 octane tune with the final idle fixes.

Definitely looking forward to a "custom" tune for 33" tires, 4.88 gears, and a ton of extra weight.

For those who’ve run 1.05 on different octanes, which one gets the best mpg?

I agree for the most part. It a perfect world there would be three tunes: "best highway mpg", "daily driver", "most power". I'm NOT trying to beat a dead horse. But this is an example of why it is important to communicate what the design goals are at the outset. They CAN and WILL change as information is learned and customers give feedback. Responding to that information by modifying the goals is reasonable. But this cycle does require a little different mindset from one that is after the max performance possible in all cases.

I'm hopeful that the Turbo project will benefit from this experience.

Use the 87 tune. IMO it has better shift tables down low and gets about the same MPG as the 91.

Thats going to be a tough one to answer! It all depends on how you drive . 65mph and under your going to see your best MPG''s anything over 65 you start taking a hit on MPG's! Heavy foot or a light foot adds to it also! I am on 1.05 91 34" tires lots of Armor- RTT and re-geared @ 60 MPH on my speedo i am doing 66MPH per GPS and i can get 19MPG's anything over that it takes a big hit drops to 14.8. MPG's are not a concern for me nor was i expecting the tune to give me back stock MPG's. I am looking for the custom tunes.

When people are saying that it shifts from 1-2 at a "high" RPM, I'm curious to know how high? I love the 1-2 shift point on 1.05 and wish 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5 were all just like it.

The first release did, the 2nd 'idle fix' one was better 1-2.

It’s not high. 2500 rpms is not high. These engines are supposed to rev high. 3500 is the mid-range
