The file is too large to email. Here's a link to the free version I use with Win 10. https://topscantool.com/toyota-techstream-v12-20-024-free.html

I've used it for the TSB, adjust turn signal blinks, seatbelt buzzer, etc.

ETA: Link with newer version and instructions: http://blog.obdii365.com/2017/12/03/toyota-techstream-12-30-017-download-and-install/

Has anyone with a '19 confirmed one of the versions shared here will work?

What utility did you find the turn signal # change? I found the the seatbelt buzzer and shut that off.

"Monitor" At the bottom of the page that comes up, there is a dropdown menu with datasets you can select. You can export the data so it can be viewed in excel or save it in techstreams format to open later.

I'm looking to use it for the TSB because the dealers around me all suck... I'm able to perform the health check, see that there are updates for the modules, but it seems to just provide a link to TIS to actually get the updates to install. Did you get a TIS subscription, or is there a way to get Techstream to actually pull down the updates without it?

You can't use techstream to download without a subscription (paid). You will need to get the .cuw file for the update. I'm not sure which TSB you are referring to but the file for the most recent MT TSB is in a thread on here somewhere.

Somewhere in this thread there are the .cue files floating around. This is how I updated to the latest TSB before flashing 1.04R.

@Oscar I just confirmed for me that the Techstream version 13.30 I found works for the 2019 trucks. It has all the menu options for your adaptive cruise and radar systems. Probably other stuff too.

@Oscar I would you mind posting some screenshots?

    PM me for a link.

I think it is a cuw file and I think this will take you to the one for the AT trucks.

I can tomorrow. Putting kids to bed then getting to sleep myself.
It doesnt look any different than older versions except it preloads my 19 instead of telling it it's a 17

No need to buy a new laptop, just update it if it’s not windows 7... unless you want a new laptop haha. I used my Mac that’s a few years old and ran windows 10 on it.

I don’t actually know if you can currently order the hand held, you have to contact Mat. I didn’t want to wait, and flashing the current way isn’t hard at all. I’d just stick with what you ordered
