    Generally if the driver is light on the gas pedal will the mpg tune still provide better fuel economy or is the mpg tune made such that it curbs a heavy foot? I ask because sometimes the mpg tune feels slow to respond and then I have to press the pedal in so far that the gear downshift is way more than I needed.

    @Shellshock

    So I installed windows 10 on my Mac book with hopes of using that to flash. My question, at what point will I know it will/won’t work? Will I be able to tell before I register my computer? What exactly won’t work? Download files? Flashing? Only curious bc I don’t won’t to have to go through the trouble of registering another computer. Thank I’m adva for any information!

    I have my Mac on bootcamp to run Windows10. So far so good and I was able to install Techstream, P5flash, and all other softwares that I couldn't get to function on Parallels. You should be good to go.

    Okay, thanks for the reply! What year is your Mac book? And are you using windows edge as your browser? Any other changes you made after installing boot camp that would alter my experience when using it on my Mac to flash?

    Just turn off defender before you open and flash in FM.

    Defender can sometimes block/bug things if not turned off

    Recently I have been noticing loping/surging engine issues when I put my truck in reverse in the morning. My truck is parked in a garage that is kept at ~45*F, and I always let it warm up for a few minutes before I put it in reverse. At first it wasn't bad but seems to be getting progressively worse. It used to just surge in reverse but now it continues surging when I put it in drive for the first 5 or so feet. I did some searching and it seems a few people in other threads have mentioned this issue, but didn't seem to have any solution besides people telling them to let it warm up longer. I feel that warming it up for a 2 minutes when it's been sitting in a 45* garage overnight should be plenty warm enough.

    I'm asking about this issue here because I have the tune (1.05, 91), and wanted to know if anyone else has been experiencing this with the tune. I honestly didn't notice the issue before I loaded 1.05, and don't want to turn this into a dealership thing unless absolutely necessary.

    Anyone having similar issues?

    I had that issue and I sent it in and got a patched tune. My guess though when FM update comes out today the patch has the fix.

    Sent it in to Matt, or the dealer? If it's a patch that's coming out with FM I won't bother him with it.
