It’s a very stupid idea to have more than one tuner tuning on this kind of platform. If one of the tuners totally fucks up a single line of code you can have hundreds or thousands of engines blowing up or not running. Tuning a vehicle is extremely different than updating your desktop computer

 

#3814. I guess my point is I could be further down the line with this had I started the process right after I had purchased the tune. However I didn’t see a need to look at the registration and install procedure to that depth since I didn’t have the hardware to do it.

Retail price on a tune varies. You can go down the street to your local speed shop and have them tune your truck for $3k or you can go to another place for $500 or anywhere in between

 

Also this thread is nearly 2000 pages and over a year old. I am exceedingly patient and when I purchased an aluminum bumper from CBI and they said 8 weeks I waited, it came in the allotted time they versified and was installed and finished within a couple hours.
