Should I uninstall the current FM 1.0.0 that isn't working for me? Will that also delete all the .dll files I just downloaded? ...just trying to be ready

gearlock no workee


Had it locked into 5th and it down shifted.
@OVTune can you confirm the process for entering lock mode?

Oh and 91 performance is fucknominal.
I might not need the gear lock. Best this truck has ever pulled the pass.

 

5th and 6th gear still lock but it unlocks the TC and the RPM will change when you floor it.
put it in 5th, ECT lock, then floor it, and see RPM.

Then downshift to 4th. You'll see.

Also make sure it actually goes into 5th before testing.

Lower Gears lock up correct? 4th locks on low RPM?

 

I got it done. Battery disconnected for 10 mins.

ok I just got it to work with the new dongle software but something that's odd is it uploaded to the truck real quick and said successful. Is that ok. only took about 2 seconds.

 

submit a ticket so I can walk through this with you please. That does not sound right.

Also, if anyone is confused or having issues, or uncertain in any way.. please submit a ticket. I am happy to walk you guys through it step by step.
