I'm just saying I'd try a performance with the tip in adjusted so I'm not launching from every stop.

yeah it's confusing.

get the new Flash Manger to download your tunes. it will DL to a new folder it creates, but you can open the directory through FM's menu. notice they are no longer .bin files. for dongle users, also download the new pcmflash that has been linked at the bottom of his blog and use that to flash... just like before. start pcmflash directly, not through FM.

unless it's changed since 3 days ago...

It's changed. You can launch pcmflash from fm now.

Sort of changed. You download that new PCMFlash but it can now be accessed through FM with the new FM version that Mat linked last night

Basically we just get to choose if we want to access PCMF outside of or within FM

ok, so that was updated last night. good to know. do you still need to DL pcmflash manually or it's with FM?

I think PCMF still needs to be downloaded manually but I could be wrong. At any rate, I already had it downloaded obviously so no harm done

I've already got my foot used to the tip in as well.

 

Mat already said he could soften the tip in on the performance tune and I'm sure you can keep the more aggressive tip in as well.
That way we can ALL enjoy the performance tune.

 

With new flash manager we can continually add without ever removing anything.

 

Correct, while in the new FM accessing the menu at the top

1. Purge local
2. Download Software
3. Download Dongle Drivers (go through wizard - super fast and easy)
4. Check for updates

THEN open the PCMflash (dongle guys) and flash like usual
