Can anyone help me. When trying to open the flash manager on my old hp windows vista laptop I get an error. Cannot find vcruntime140.dll. I tried to download it from the inter-webs but have had no luck. Anyone else have this problem?

Tip in settles down after a tank or so. How much miles have you put on the tune so far?

Think OriginalMan's point was this type of tip-in is a characteristic of performance vehicles.
