My mpg seems to be 2 points higher in performance 91 than 91 base. Interesting, no?

Yep, only about 100 miles in on 93 FOB and I'm seeing about +2MPG on crap winter gas.

That is very interesting. I would’ve guessed it to be the opposite. Were you on a previous tune version before this latest 1.05 or were you coming from a stock tune? If you were stock, what was your mpg increase from stock to base tune?

On Saturday you told me that my replacement shipped out but I never got an updated tracking code.

I have sent multiple messages via ZenDesk with no response. Both about the coupon code and my package.

I'm getting about the same mpg on 87 performance as I did on the legacy 1.05 87 tune. But I'm probably driving it more aggressively because it feels so darn good.

2018 OR with 3000 miles on it. I just finished a 600 mile trip on i-5 and was irritated the whole way with the trans constantly shifting. I’m really close to pulling the trigger on ovtune but i was wondering .... if i send the truck in with the ovtune installed, what happens if the dealer applies a flash on the ecu? Does it just overwrite the ovtune or would it trigger an error?

It will simply over-write the OVTune. You can then flash the OVTune over that once you get home. No need to worry.

Also check service records if it had the transmission TSB ECU update. It doesn't sound like it has.

I have not even got a chance to check all tickets. I do not work on weekends normally, and today is tuesday, yesterday I was out of office most the day and did not get a chance to do much. I even posted this, and the reason yesterday.

I am going as fast as I can to get through everything.

You WILL receive your replacement package!
Nobody is getting their package before your replacement.
Several packages were already prepared BEFORE we even KNEW about your package disappearing.

I get it man, you are busy. I am not over here crying about why you did not answer me over a weekend, although you do answer on here during the weekend which is why I ask questions on this page. I am just not sure why you told me the replacement shipped already when it didn’t. Seems like a stressful time right now so I will sit back and see what happens I guess even though last time I waited 10 days to ask about my jacked up tracking code you acted like I should have reported the issue right away.

As I have posted numerous times, we have an extraordinary amount of tickets and orders right now. I am going as fast as possible and having to look into issues on playing post tag on the forum makes it this much more difficult.
If people (not just you) can submit a ticket and wait for my reply it would make things much easier for us. But instead everyone wants to only post on the forum and expect us to know who we are and what we are talking about.
I can understand this is partially my fault because I use this forum to post general updates and status. But that is exactly what it is. General update status and usually NOT specific to a single person or order.
I hope everyone reads and understands this, if you need specific help, you need to send us a ticket and please wait for our reply.
Posting on here numerous times making us play forum catch up slows everything down.

If anyone has any issues, question about order, etc. YOU MUST SUBMIT A TICKET TO Support@Ovtune.Zendesk.com

That makes sense. I will keep it on the support emails from here on out since it is an individual issue and does not need to be on this page. I mean these issues tend to arise when you have a badass product that happens to be technologically above what people are usually comfortable with. High demand, tons of support. If anything it attests to what a great product you seem to have. And really, there are no real issues with waiting on my end, I would have purchased if the lead time was 60 days I just don’t want my shit stolen off the porch because that is something that has been happening around me lately. Take care and congrats on the family addition.

Dude you've already made it clear many times before to use zendesk for any type of issues. Hang in there man.

I apologize if my posts seem mean spirited in any way. It can just get a little frustrating. I am going as fast as humanly possible. I'm bombarded with messages of people asking for order updates, and then people posting that they received their package and ordered on XYZ date.. I am pushing my suppliers to maximum capacity right now and ust asking for a little bit of patience from everyone.

Hang in there. Great product, family addition coming, entrepreneur, etc. Stressful much? I can't speak for everyone but I believe you're doing your best and that's good enough for me.

Also if people could send a ticket to ZENDESK ONE TIME and wait patiently, that would make things much easier and faster for mat.

Multiple requests DON'T make it go faster...

I’m going to have to try the performance tune and see I get a MPG jump. I’m getting about mid 18’s on 87 base. It’s been nice and consistent 18’s with mix freeway and city driving.
