This should be in the OPs disclaimer on his site. "We are not responsible for legal fees and traffic tickets this tune may cause."

As evidence would show, no one with 1.01b got pulled over. Therefore, it should be the best bet to do so.

We had this issue on some 1.01A tunes. It is related to ignition timing and is fixable for anyone experiencing it.

well since I replied earlier to windows defender before getting through 3 pages....

1.02 installed. Drives amazing. same gains I saw over stock with 1.01b i'm seeing with 1.02 over 1.01b. No shuddering. It flies. I have 4.56 gears, CAI, 285/70/17, and extra weight

Another couple of drive cycles - 30 miles on the tune. Smoothing out from this morning with the extra miles, throttle still a bit touchy but its also softening in a good way. The extra power is extremely noticeable with 1.02 - with 1.01 it was subtle but definitely could notice it in the mid/high range. With 1.02 no denying the extra oomph off the line even in the low-end. After the initial throttle maps have been consumed by the ECU after some drive time, the overall smoothness feel is slightly better than the already incredible improvements in 1.01b.

Shifting is weird now though for me. Shifts are smooth and FAST, but like others have commented it seems like it's already gone through a learning phase to race up to 5/6th at a low speed. Your foot actually WORKS to downshift with the tune, but kind of odd that by eliminating some of the conservative maps that it would go in right after a flash trying to race it's way up to 5th or 6th... That said 5th and 6th are much more powerful so the need to downshift constantly isn't nearly as great. Not sure if I like it yet on this front, but of course learning has to occur over a few hundred miles for the transmission to learn into a predictable pattern...

All in all though a great update - I'll hold further feedback until I've had a few days to log more miles in multiple driving scenarios.

Are we waiting until Dylon confirms no shudder or are you giving this to all experiencing?
