Anyone know if it’s possible to get your system ID without having to use the software and cable? I have the crappy little Carista, but I’m pretty much at a standstill until I can pickup a Windows 10 computer this weekend, but if I’m able to send the info via email to get the RegKey, that’ll at least keep the process crawling forward....

You will need the computer you are using to flash to send/receive RegKey.

You can use a obd scanner to see what your system id is for your trucks ecu. Any cheap handheld will do

The System ID is of the computer to lock the tune to it.

The ECU ID is done with FM.

I am not sure that it has been explicitly said TODAY, but after only one week I am extremely happy with the OVTune. Running 87 base, and it is more the truck Toyota should have sold. My mileage is better in all conditions. I can squeeze much better numbers when I want, and I can flog it like a rented mule in traffic on the highway home and not only does it respond quicker, but my mileage is still better.
    I like this!
    A lot!

Fence straddles and lurkers... I know it’s a lot of money if you don’t have a lot of money. But it is worth giving up a few $3 luxuries to be able to love your truck (more than you already love your truck, right?).

Not sure TBH, but from the looks of his quote he’s already sold it.

Mat, I have a suggestion. If “x” number of people buy their licenses together as a military base, city, club, etc. you offer them a one cable package where everyone pays for the license but splits the cost of the cable. More sales as the locals convince others to commit. Fewer cables = fewer back orders. Your billing department will hate it... but....

Just installed the tune on my 17 6mt. I’ve got 500 miles of running around next so days.

Going to try the 91 first.
    Looking forward to it.

I get the idea here but the value of the tune and the continued development is really in the buyers favor. A few bucks for the cable is worth it to the team.

Hah! I have no traffic both directions. In at 5:30-6:00 am, home at 9:30-10:30 pm. Hopefully this ends in a month.

You can verify the ECU ID once you have the cable. Then, download the proper tune files in Flash Manager.
