Is it me, or does 1.02 feel like I have less assisted braking on deceleration..

Not just you - found myself having to ride my brakes 10x more w/ 1.02 in the city. The lack of assisted braking when coasting is nice, but at the cost of no automatic engine braking on decel it wasn't a desireable feature for me. 1.01b maintains the engine braking in decel situations.

I'd much rather coast than engine brake. Brakes are cheap, and I welcome maintaining speed with less throttle. Maybe just my style of driving.

I wish we could secretly load 1.02Butter onto someone's truck then ask them if their driving experience feels any better.

Yeah style things will start to surface here - but driving in stop / go traffic in the city, having to ride the brakes is annoying on an AT. Engine braking is helpful in those scenarios for my style.

Edit: NOW, smoothing out the transition back to throttle from DFCO WOULD be welcome though...

this is true for me as well, but that's no different from any of the tune versions i've tried from OE, to OV alpha, 1.01, 1.02. 1.02 is the best but we're coming up against the hardware here: motor and gearing. i'd be surprised if a tune could change that without hardware changes.

Doesn't a 2,200 rpm stall speed on the AC60F seem low to anyone; considering where it makes peak torque?

Did you turn OFF the ignition after the flash before you tried to start it?

Then will have to wait for OV I assume but he's been good at addressing if/when anything like this occurs. Only other thing I could think of is if you didn't select the proper file from the dropdown menu (the P5 Can Bus option) before writing. I think someone did that and had some issues, but otherwise sounds like you did things properly

Yeah, don't think it can hurt... just hit identify first and make sure you can still read and that you're writing the proper file to the proper place. If you can't identify it, OV will have to help though

3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
Just got my turd flashed, much smoother running and barks 34s so I guess something is improved to say the least. Now back to driving like a grandma. I will say I had to use a different laptop than the initial one I was attempting to use with out success. Also during the writing phase it said failed 3 times back to back, hitting retry all times it finally completed successfully.

Good deal! I'm sure several of us felt a little freaked out watching the messages on the instrument cluster when flashing... "Low Oil Pressure, Engine Missing, Tire Pressure, etc.," then all is well upon a restart once all the bits get loaded in! Enjoy
