Don’t quote me, but I don’t think it wouldnt cost extra, it just says on the first page of this thread. See below, middle one

92 is the highest here I’ve seen. All I’m saying is the gains don’t sound like they are “felt” in comparison to the 91 tune when running good gas at altitude. Lower octanes run better at altitude so why bother with the top octane tune at altitude?

My original comment was pertaining to altitude. I’m sure the 93 octane is stellar at lower altitude

I updated my ECU to 04B04, and was planning on updating to 2.0 beta, but toyflash isn't cooperating. So I've redownloaded everything, rebooted my computer 3 or 4 times, disabled windows defender, and the toyflash options are still greyed out. Can anyone help?

You have to download the tune files from the direct link from his blog. He posted it a few pages back (2386...?)

Reg file. If it's greyed out the registry edit was not sucessful.

I did update my PC to windows 10 last week, does that do anything to the reg file?

    Wow!

From 1.05 91 Base to 2.0 93... AMAZING progress. I can only image the wow-factor for those going from stock to 2.0.

I'm armored on 33's with stock gears (although I just ordered 5.29s and am wondering if I really needed to).

Tip-in is solid on 2.0 and not jumpy at all. I was not a fan of the 1.05 performance tunes because they felt too aggressive.
Shifts are nearly perfect, even with 33's. The TC seems to operate much smoother.

But most of all, the skinny pedal actually feels like its working. I didn't have to feather the pedal. I just drove it.
AND the feeling of the truck slowing down when the pedal/ throttle position is constant is GONE

    STOKED!

    Does gearlock work with cruise?
I haven't ran it before because I like the etc option.
I was gonna wait a few days for feedback to load 2.0 but I couldn't wait. Did the 87 with 91 octane in the tank.
I'm liking it. Holds gears longer, more like you'd think they should be. The 4th gear drop off is much improved, I think gone, but need more testing. Yay!
I had the etc button on and manually in 6th but it downshifted to 5th on a hill, did have cruise on.
Tip in is a bit more aggressive than 1.05 base but I like it and should have no problem getting used to it. Not jerky like the perf tunes.
    Nice work OV.

Well I’m assuming you are NOT a dongle guy so you would select the file from where you saved it in the P5 Flash software. Are you not able to load P5 Flash?

I am able to load the P5Flash, but it just shows all the options greyed out.

You may as well just buy it now. 2.0 isn't going to have specific octane tunes as mentioned in several places. It will adapt to whatever is in your tank automatically. Why not just join the fun now? Do it, I bet you won't.

1.05.1 91 Perf to 2.0 test 87 (but I have 91 in the tank still). Truck feels awesome. Admittedly I’ve only given it like 15 miles or so just on my normal commute but on the regular spots it’d normally downshift or feel sluggish (stock gearing on 34”s with armor and bed rack/tent), it just drives. Thanks again Mat @OVTune you are a wizard

Since you updated windows, you will have to contact zendesk to get a "patched" reg file. Consider a dedicated laptop for tuning and DO NOT allow windows updates.
