I'm dongleless and have hit the DTC and LV Resets in FM for the last two tune loads. I am not sure if it made a difference on 2.0 Beta 87, but on 1.05B 87 FOB, it was like night and day. The tune felt so good that it was a hard decision to try 2.0 Beta. The other thing that I noticed was the mileage was always high by 0.5mpg compared to hand calcs. Since trying the Resets, the MPGs have been off by 0.1mpg max (about 5 tanks now).

So for me, the Reset have seemed to do positive things.

A reset always yields better results for me as well. Undeniable data driven results

Anyone on 2.0 feeling like 3 into 4th gear is a little too quick. Maybe 500 rpms off? Or is it just me

I went from 1.5 87 base to 2.0 87, 250 miles now, 100% stock, no difference in MPG for me, so far (i still get 20mpg highway when cruising 75mph, and 21mpg surface streets if i drive easy, 19 if i drive hard).

Yes, i may have noticed this a few times, seems to vary depending on the load - I'll start trying to pay closer attention. It's so much fun to drive now that i forget about the shifting sometimes

Before 2.0, my truck ran best on 91 Base with 93 octane fuel.

Finally got around to flashing my truck. Running 87 base on 04B02 on a 2017 TRDOR.

Maybe 250miles on the tune, and I'm on the fence about where to go from here. I'm not in the happy place that all you guys are at just yet.

Throttle tip-in and power seem improved in the first 3 gears, but keep running into an issue on 5th gear downshift. Truck seems very reluctant to downshift from 5th. If i give it a little more gas, it goes to warp mode in 3rd, instead of just a mellow downshift to 4th.
In this specific scenario, stock was better. Other aspects seem good, except I'm still only seeing 16mpg unfortunately.

Any suggestions or ideas on what's going on? I'm planning on going the techstream route and getting updated to 04B04, but maybe I should just fill up with 91 and give the 91 tune a try first?
