Observations after three tanks on latest 2.0 beta:

    * Weird stutter between 3000-3500 rpm, part throttle. Doesn't happen at full or <25% throttle. This also happened on 1.05 ... 2.0 OLE is better, but it's still there.

    * Rev limiter in gear lock seems to be over 7k in 2nd gear ... wasn't expecting that!

    * Downshift from 5 to 4 is consistently a little rough.

    * Tip-in is perfect. I found the base/stock tip-in too soft, performance too jumpy at low speed. It now feels normal. My truck is completely stock.

    * When you put the spurs to it, the truck goes like hell! Ridiculously more torque lower in the range. I can pull interstate grades in 5th and 6th that, even on 1.05 base, it had to do the 5-3-4 dance to deal with.

Overall, this tune is a bigger leap from 1.05 than 1.05 was from stock. And that's saying something!

You are really going to like the 4.88 2.0 if you like 1.05 that much

Yeah I cant wait! I'm definitely going to try it if there is another beta release otherwise I'm happy until the official release comesout.

I guess I should be more picky. I thought it drove fine. I really wasn't expecting much and just wanted gearlock. It's so much better now!! Also drove to the gym this morning with the electric exhaust cutout open. It actually sounds allot gnarlier in comparison. Probably because it revs so much more efficiently now.

I'm sold on the supercharger now. This truck will be so much fun!! Contemplating finding a DD and keeping this thing as a toy lol

As far as I know, there's no way to do so. Unless there's a TSB or cuw file floating around that I'm not aware of?

I believe 04B31 is only available on 2019 TRD Pros, but I could be wrong.

Alright, fair enough. My 2019 TRDOR is 04B30.

Has anyone seen a TSB or cuw file that would update it from 04B30 to 04B31?

If your willing a TIS professional diagnostic subscription is 65$ then find the TSB in TIS and download it just make sure to install the right version of Java so you can download the CUW file from the TSB as that's how the CUW files were acquired that everyone here has been using to update their trucks to 04B04. Also if you have a cracked version of Techstream installed you might be able to use that.
