    i understood you all along. I didn't mention it, but i agreed with your review you mentioned 100%. i understand your throttle behavior changed. it's not subtle. for the record, after i installed 1.02 it was smooth right away with one sudden vvt crazy surge, just the one time. the truck generally ran a bit sluggish for a few days, then it picked up in response and power and has been stable since. but how long is that... 2 weeks or so now?

    The ECU has a speed PID. I’m wondering if the hyper tech changes that also. Not sure if the calcs are done before the ECU or after.

    I would assume it changes the ECU PID since I’m hearing it changes MPGs and the ODO, both of which are PIDs in the ECU.

    If this changes the ECU speedo, it’s worth it.

    I can't confirm it, and haven't installed mine yet, however I really doubt it changes it at that level as it's simply an inline item behind the cluster. (the hypertech)

    The answer is supercharger or preferably twin turbo. Like an ford eco boost 3.5. The next question is would the drive line handle it or then do you need axle,transmission,transfer case,internal engine mods to prevent hand grenade.
