    So it does affect?
    Please dont take it personally, we just need to learn the backend.
    We do see significant changes in driveability/performance after a minor change(s) and do want to know why. Affraid to post here, PM and we will understand.
    Thank you.

    @OVTune

    A cable got cut under my truck this weekend and my check engine light/trac light is on...may be a stupid question, but flashing back to stock before I take the truck to the dealer...will having those codes/errors on my truck prevent or mess up the flashing process if I try to flash back to stock?

    Not sure why so many people have issues with the tip-in. It’s just right after you clear learned values. I have about 1000 miles now or so on 11700 (4.88 version) and it has mellowed to blend well and drives perfect for me whether towing or offroad. Couldn’t be happier. Especially when getting 16mpg towing.

    There’s only one thing that seems consistent across this forum..that no tune experience is consistent when taking into account ecu version, octane, truck year, truck mods, daily driving conditions, driving preferences, etc.

    The first constant within the inconsistencies is which ECU is being tuned and how the truck reacts though

    I honestly don’t think people allow enough time for the tune to settle and make early opinions. Toyota states the truck needs up to 1200 miles to settle the stock tune. Having been an early adopter I can say with certainty that 800-1200 miles the tunes just become settled and drive how they were designed. People make assumptions way too early and are too impatient to wait for the settling and would rather choose to try a new tune every other day hoping to be happy.

    Letting the tune settle and getting acclimated to how it drives will bring happiness.

    Could be, but there’s no consistent user baseline. It still seems to come down to what each person is looking for. Still seems to boil down to drivability for most guys here, but it’s also clear that drivability means different things to different drivers.

    Pfft you are trying to find something wrong. Been here since 1.02. It’s either you or your truck is broke...sorry

    I draw my conclusions based on my current ECU of 04B31 and how the fellow users of the tune on said ECU I’ve spoken to. We all have had very similar results with how our trucks react.

    I can also say that for the majority of users on 04B04 who have posted their thoughts on the tune. Their reactions are well within range of each other’s (sans the outliers with extreme mods).

    So I deleted the original flash manager and per the instructions I down loade Toy Flash Mgr Config:2.0.
    Select no dongle (I have a tatrix open port), I have a 2017 AT and my ECU Calibration is 04B02 which only shows up when 2016 MY selected? WTF do I do now?

    How do I do that and I have been trying to reflash for weeks now. I send in help desk requests, don't get an answer back for a week or 2, get busy on my weekends with life then try again and fail, send another help ticket. I think Mat has given up hope, terminal retard here.

    It would be nice if they offered google chat sessions for handicap customers, like me. I love old fiats cause I relate to them and require a lot of maintenance. I understand normal mechanical shit but lines of code and all that other shit is too much for my antique mind!

    There's no need to flash back to the stock tune. The dealer has no way to tell if you are tuned. My guess is you ripped the wheel speed sensor harness off.
