    Greetings All!
Anyone in New Jersey that can help me do the OV Tune flash on my ECU?
I am a new member with a newly purchased 2016 SR5 AT and want to do the flash.
But after reading the various threads, I am not confident I can do it myself without issues.
Is there anyone near central NJ that has done the OV tune flash - preferably multiple times - and wants to help me out?
Will gladly pay a reasonable amount for the assistance.
    Thanks!

Swing and a miss. :) You will be fine bringing in to the dealer, if they run techstream on it there is no way to detect the tune.

I am a dongle user so no specific tune yet as I need PCM file, but I’m also getting a serious BUZZING sound under acceleration around 2500 rpm. I’m about at my whits end with this... Can’t find any leaks, visible or audible. Even had an exhaust shop check it out and they can’t find any leaks. But still pulling the codes and have this buzzing sound that’s driving me nuts. I am on 1.05 though, Mat says you should be able to run the catted dump tubes with no codes on stock tune...

Just flashed my truck to 87 base and wouldn’t start first crank. Cranked second time and has a bad stutter at 60-67mph anyone else have this issue?

Before you tried starting it the first time did you cycle the ignition off first? Also, it depends what you mean by stutter. It takes some time for the tune to settle.

Did you plug the tiny usb dongle into an open USB port on the computer?

Maybe I didn’t turn it off. Thought I did. And just like it can’t make up its mind which gear to be in but never changes gears. Almost like hitting a limiter

I’m a dongle user as well. Sent a zendesk ticket a few days ago asking about a PCM dump tube file, but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully the designated dump tube file helps with the CEL.

So you have catted dump tubes? Are you throwing CELs?

Mat is telling me nobody else with catted dump tubes is throwing CELs with any of the tunes or even stock...but I can’t find anyone who actually has installed these besides me to confirm.

If all else fails request Mat convert you to no-dongle - the P5F release for 19800 had both Catted dump tube and non-Catted dump tube tunes listed.
