Maybe you two could meet in the middle. Go on a man-date.

    Sounds good. Lemme know.

One of the TSBs (TSB-0062-18) was about issues at altitude, I believe. Since they aren't going to take it up a pass, you might try that excuse.

Bingo......tell them to feel free to take your truck up to altitude to check it, while they give you a free rental. I'm sure they will take the 10 mins to flash the update!

Any one have the link to the page where Mat explained what we needed to do to our FlashManger for when 2.0 drops? Been sick and can't remember if I actually did read about it or if it was a Nyquil dream. Thanks

Just download 1.3.0, uninstall your current FM, install the 1.3.0, and then go back a few pages through my posts to get the link I posted for redistributable file you'll need to run the new version of FM :notsure: if there's been any additional info, I'm not aware of it

Print out the TSB(s) and take it to the dealer and tell them your truck is experiencing it, because if you have a build date of 15' then you're 99% a 04B00 or 04B01 which toyota has updated 3 times with 2 different TSBs.

Heck one of the TSBs is called "SHIFT ENHANCEMENTS" for BAD SHIFTING.

I have a HH. I have a 2018 AT Tacoma. My ECU is 04A60. I already have a registered ECU. I know that the HH has an error right now that OFT is working on. Is there any way that I can flash to 2.0 using my laptop WITHOUT having to get a TSB update at the delaer?

    Thanks :)

So it sounds like just updating doesn't bump it to 1.3.0. Where do I download 1.3.0? And, sorry if its been asked, can I use any of my previous tunes with using 1.3.0? (Example: I've tried all the 2.0 betas but keep going back to my favorite 1.05.1 91)

There was a link posted, I think by @OVTune, that led to his website and provided the link to download FM 1.3.0

There's no reason to believe that previous tunes wouldn't be able to be flashed with 1.3.0. Plus, you don't have to update if you don't want to. The only reason for a mandatory update (which I do not believe this is), is if the upcoming 2.0 final maps use a tagline/file format that previous FM versions do not support. I don't think this is the case and just think that 1.3.0 provides some UI changes as well as access to the new datalogger

Sounds Good & Correct. Can't find the link so I'll ask zendesk. Looking forward to a functional ect button (as in not engaging gl) since I use ect always on mod and the ole is a bonus.

The link really is not hard to find.. OVTune website, then resources, then instructions start here, then select flash kit, and then it's a black and orange button in the middle of the page...

Tried it with my phone to research it and it wouldn't work. I did see it though so I'll try with my laptop later. Thank you.

Feels like it at times, but the tune should match the stock shift curve with the gears when combined with the tune for those gears...at least thats my understanding

I don't think so, I believe all the 2.0 tunes require 04A61 Update. If you already have the Tactrix cable and your laptop, you can easily apply the TSB update yourself. There are several posts within this thread detailing how to do it and all the software components you need. It's very easy to do.
