Delays around this time of the year always happen. I keep people in the loop as possible.
I have your key, but cannot send it until Sunday.

Also the developer who makes our keys is a 3rd party. He goes on vacation too, which changes when we can get keys out.

I’m not defending the company by any means as they’ll stand up for things as needed and how they see fit. I will say now that I’m a supporter where I once wasn’t due to the price tag and it being non refundable. However once you do get to use the product and flash the tune, you’ll notice a change.

I purchased the tune due to erratic shifting and drive-ability and not for horsepower as I felt the truck had enough for every situation I’d ever be in. After flashing the tune to the truck and driving it for the first time it was noticeable easily on the shifting. Even though Toyota has supposedly issued a tsb that fixes the shutter in the trans at low rpm under a small load, it’s still there under the stock tune with my 2019. That part is 100% gone (one day trial so far). I even took the time to put my truck into certain places I often drive and experience the issue to see if it would do it and not once did I feel the truck shutter any. That was the first plus. Then this morning I had to haul my trailer first thing so it was hooked up when I flashed the tune and since I tow a lot anyway figured day one was perfect time to test it hauling an 1800 lb trailer. Zero crazy shifting existed and drove like trucks did in the second generation as I had ZERO complaints with my 2015 and it’s shifting. Last thing is I tried to see what feel the truck had for power as in see if I could feel any gain. I honestly wasn’t expecting much as it just doesn’t seem that some coding could alter such a small engine to make such a noticeable difference. I was quite impressed and I’d imagine anyone that tries the new tune with 91 performance will be.

Anyway sure hope you get what you’re waiting on and from reading last few comments here sure seems like you’ll be getting what you need very soon.

Woke up really early this morning and been reading for a while and stumbled upon this comment. This option would be nice in 2020 sometime to go along with possible turbo setup release as well in 2020 :)
    93 octane actually.

Ok so I have not kept up but has there been a resolution to the ‘18 handheld to be able to get this done? Sorry in advance if it’s been announced, holiday season has kept us real busy with remote start orders as Christmas gifts and extremely cold weather with a need to stay warm and warm up these tuned monsters...would love to hear if it’s been finally address so I can pop this into our show demo Tacoma...

@OVTune You are the best! The key to this kind of business is indeed patience! I look forward to getting my HH files and get to experience your tune after all these years of just reading and watching videos! Sorry to hear about your injury. Props to you for even working on weekends and sending out files/keys to people so they can have their Orange virus!

I am back a day early and will get to some tickets.
Sorry I will be unable to finish and release the 2.0 files until I can at least hold a mouse with my hand. A few weeks.
I will get to everything as promptly as possible I promise you that.
