Going to give the premium file a shot today, ill be at about 200 miles on the superFOB regular. So far zero complaints, im really loving the full otto function this tune has given these trucks. The power comes in much earlier since it isnt trying to pick which mode it wants to try and run.

The whole reason 2.0 was delayed was to ensure there were no bugs

That’s not true. Lots of new stuff added and figured out since the delay, he simply needed more time.

I thought the tire and gear ratio were going to be user selectable from flash manager.
edit: like not separate files but that FM would be able to edit the multipliers in the base files prior to download.

It didn’t come out with 2.0 for MT, so I doubt we’ll see it for auto only.

the only benefit MT would get from that is the speed limiter moved back up out of the way. AT uses both to determine shift points.

I'm not sure how he has to do it. Beyond my level of comprehension.

I know from his post it affects the shifting in the auto a bit. Does nothing for the manual because manual

OK if it is too quiet I will kick the hornets nest.
How are the different modes in BETA set up as compared to how they will be when the final drops?
Here is my experience so far.

2019 OR AT YES it is an Auto and yes I am aware of the early shift to 4th
    Running
    87 Octane Options

    Stock Exhaust: https://ovtune.s3.us-east-2.amazona...l/04B31+-+2.0+EROM+87+-+Shift+Build+19800.p5f

D - seems to have better throttle response, but the early shift(3>4) and 4th gear stumble are not fun. Does not happen all the time, but often. Poor gas mileage I have lost about 3 mpg, it is possible that I am getting on the skinny pedal more.
Yes I know about the early shift issue, this was a statement and not a complaint.

D+ECT Performs and shifts better. I thought in BETA (D+ECT)was gear lock?? Up shifts and downshifts fine with the exception of hitting the skinny pedal it will not downshift for power/passing. Regular driving it shifts without issue.

S No real discernible difference for me.
S+ECT No real difference from regular S mode with the exception is that it will not shift to 6th.

with the MT tunes, the final is vastly different than any of the previous betas.

the majority of the betas had specific changes that were made for testing and feedback of that change... the final tune has everything all rolled into it.

    I am disappointed octane learning doesn't cover 87 to 91, now it's split between regular and premium learning. 85 <-> 89 and 91 <-> 94. We have 87, 89, 91.

87 to 91 costs 50 cents more so I plan to use 87 most of the time. But it would be nice to have a tune that can adapt to 91 without re-flashing. I guess I can fill up 89 when I need to squeeze more power.

W.R.T. 2.0 final AT, are we at soon, soonish, sooner, very soon, or imminent?

Timing is a fickle beast, i know the sct for my mustang the the diablo for my jeep separated files into 89 for one 91 for another and 93. And they wanted no deviation backwards considering current octane vs tune file. But it never mattered in the wrangler....it pinged like mad if there was anything less than 91 in it....it was terrible.
