If you read the instructions, you would know you’re suppose to turn everything off. No auto updates and no bs windows security crap. This is why he’s done. No one reads the instructions or checks out the FAQ. We all just run here and ask the same questions that he gets 500 times a day and then bitch when we don’t understand fully.

I disabled everything 2 years ago by removal, setting registry keys, etc. Zero issues. Saved so many headaches.

Do you guys drink the bong water down in a Florida or what? Seriously! I see a common pattern of poor reading comprehension. This is not at all what he has said. Quite the opposite several times. Some people just need to walk away from TW for awhile and prep for what’s to come

    Get down with the Sickness!
The stay at home sickness that is. I'm still working but I think a lot of people are overly bored to death. I'm keeping myself happy by spending money on adding other mods. Now where can I mount a bottle opener in the bed without interfering with future bed stiffeners? lol

I don't blame Mat for swearing at customers, I don't blame him for being snappy, I don't blame him for leaving the forums if that's what he did. I do blame him for being a bit too exuberant and overoptimistic on his delivery dates and for trying to please too many people but all those traits are blessings of a man who is passionate about his product. You can feel his excitement when he does something, then redoes it, the does it all over again all because he wants the best possible product out there. It's not about making half ass shit to fit the customers deadline and I respect a person/company that will do that. It's commitment. He wants to develop and make things better for the vehicles but unfortunately dealing with dumbass questions and I need attention now kinda people comes with the territory also and I don't think that is what he wants to be doing. It's not his forte. Hiring a person to do all that stuff seems logical but with a small business it isn't always affordable. I ain't gonna pretend I know his business but I had my own business for 20+ years and as much as I enjoyed my job it was the customers that made me say fuck it and close shop to change professions and get away from customers altogether. I started my business as a passion of what I loved to do but when it came to the entitled customers.....the Wentworths, the ones that pull the "I paid this much money for something and I want it NOW" kinda people it burnt me out. Bitch, EVERYONE paid that much money, everyone wants their shit now but everyone else is waiting patiently, it'll come when it's correct. If you don't like it then feel free to go someplace else but when you see no one else can offer what I have then feel free to come back and get your ass in the back of the line and I'll charge you more anyway for feeling that you're special. That's just my opinion though.
Mat has shown the patience of a saint for most of the 3+ years that hes been offering this, hes also shown his human side with a few of the people.I fully support snapping at customers that are dumbasses. Being a customer does not give you carte blanche. Ya, your money is providing him with a living but remember you sought him out cause he delivers something no one else can, it's a symbiotic relationship, no one is better than the other. He didn't have to listen to everyone's opinion but he wanted to make everyone as happy as possible and unfortunately Mat was green to the world of offroad and I don't think he understood the HUGE variations one single type of truck could have. In car tuning you don't have to deal with as many outside variables. We run anywhere from a 31" tire up to a 39" tire, that's a full 8 inches of difference that makes a HUGE impact on motor and transmission performance! stock gears, 3.90, 4.88, 5.29s...... add sliders, full under armor, camper shells, RTTs, bumpers, rims, tires....anywhere from stock to 1,000#+ of aftermarket stuff....aggressive tip in, mild tip in, stock tip in.... how do you make a tune to make everyone happy? seriously! It isn't possible in any way shape or form. What Mat is doing with the Vf seems to be a brilliant choice in progression of the tuning capabilities to make the end users happy. Everyone gets a basic white tune and color crayons to make it whatever kinda special you want it to be. Brilliant
In my book, Mat has delivered what he promised with 1.05, everything else has been extras, the gravy. 0944 has been fantastic for me and looking forward to 2.0 to take it over the top. If not, I'm certain Vf will be able to fine tune things to my liking.

    In progress.... And getting better!
    Here's the Cliff Notes:

He said Matt's the shit! He yells at idiots and assholes when needed and this is totally justified. There are many variables for this truck. I have never drank the bong water, but do know people that do and could never figure out why. Did I mention that he said Matt's the shit?

Keep up the fantastic work @OVTune. Us OG Donglers will patiently wait for 2.0.

Hey, What are you guys with 285’s getting for fuel economy and what tune are you using? Also, Are you pushing them with stock gears or 4.88’s or 5.29’s? Just curious. Eibach is suppose to be making new springs for the stock TRD Pro Fox shocks so...285’s might be in my future but probably not without a re-gear at the least. Just wondering how much worse my mileage might be.

I feel like all mention of 2.0 should be taken away from this thread an perhaps somewhere else, as the title of the thread is 1.05 tune development. Let's leave this space for people who need help flashing with the current production version of the tune. Clearly speculating and pestering about 2.0 isn't doing anyone any good, so let's just stop.
