Thanks. Page 1 unclear and this thread is insane. I miss couple days and 20 pages behind.

Plenty of 2019 ATs running 1.05 and 1.05.1 until the betas came out, including me. In fact, other than the most recent 5.29 2.0 beta for 2019s 1.05.1 was my favorite tune version.

There were limited issues on a handful of trucks, far from the earlier tunes being “incompatible” with 2019+ trucks.

True, but what I was getting at is that Mat took it down because of safety issues and warned us not to use it. There were a couple people that almost got seriously injured while driving.
He made it unavailable to download from his website and software.
My original point was that 2.0 Beta is the only current tune and 2.0 final will be the only tune available for 2019 auto trans unless you want to play Russian roulette by using 1.05. Nobody knows if their vehicle will have the brake malfunction until it happens. That’s why Mat took it down and urged other 2019 auto not to use it and switch to 2.0 Beta

I havent been on this thread for awhile. I have a dongle here and we are req to do a switch? Will the new version have 1.02 tune? I'm still on 1.02 and would love to have that tune as a option. All the tunes after 1.02 didnt work well with my truck. I hope 2.0 will be a fix after all.

So I currently have two emails to you because of the new laptop. Should I just start over on the dongle request?

So does downloading the p5f software just mean updating flash manager? I'm not aware of a different software than flash manager. And as far as sending you registration info, does that just mean we send you the system ID that is shown in the p5flash utility from flash manager? Just trying to get all my ducks in a row, and sending my dongle in today. Thanks for any help or any confirmation that maybe I already have the right idea.

Maybe this will help out the dongle guys with switching over to p5f? It’s the step by step Flash Kit instructions page from OVTuned.com

Can someone bottomline this for me: I have a 2020, I purchased the orange flash cable kit back in December and I'm running the 2.0 Beta. Do I need to do anything to move forward or just hang tight and wait on 2.0 final to be done?

Hang tight. You’re good. If you bought direct from OVTune.

just hang tight, you have the latest flash tuner available. once final 2.0 is released, you can get that. if you want to further tune final 2.0, you can update to vf tuner for 79.00. Ski
