This was probably before we were actually requesting people do this, so your ticket was likely closed automatically. Resend it.

@OVTune i gotta ask. Why are you suggesting we clear our LV’s? A while back you said that we should not...

Possibly, I didn’t take it as that but it’s not hard to confuse me.

Sorry I hate to ask questions if they've already been answered but just wanted to clarify. Will the ECT button be switching maps with this revision. If so is there still going to be a tow specific map?

It looks like there are octane selections on the tunes. How does this apply if OLE is in play?

    Thank you!

Sorry to be a pain in the butt or lazy but to be clear. This is not for dongle users, since we have to still use PCMFlash utility corrected? Can't keep up with this thread nor did I see the answer in doing a real quick scan on page1.

    Thanks all

Anybody flashed this yet? My truck didn’t start right (I think it’s my battery, used jumper and it started) and then I got it to start and was idling way funny.

It’s still idling super rough. I’m gonna flash back to stock and see if that helps.

I just flashed and am idling right now. Very rough idle. Rev it and it pops and crackles like crazy. I would assume it's because I flashed cold and I'm idling cold.

You may have already done it, but make sure you send feedback and potential issues to Mat.

Based on the rough waters we’ve had on this thread lately, I think it would be as important as ever to follow Mat’s directions.

very first idle up may be a little rough, especially after clearing everything.
if it does it after a few cycles, it shouldn't, but if it does let me know.

2.0 will not be released in a pcm file. If you want 2.0 you have to convert to dongleless and send your dongle in to Mat.

Is it safe? It feels terrible like the motor isn’t even running properly, the truck has a bad shake to it. I’m back on 19770 and all is well.

Regarding the idle: if you’ve never reset values after previous flashes, you’re going to experience something “different” when it comes to idle and shifting once you start to drive it.

My words, not Mat’s: probably not the greatest idea to rev the truck right after a flash. Especially if you’ve just reset values. Even more so on a cold engine + fresh flash + reset values.
