2.0 is awesome so far running 87 for 31-33" tires! I run 87 octane, but that is the mid-grade at my altitude (6600 ft). Stock truck except for 31.5" tires (Michelin Defenders 245/75-17 so not too heavy). Took it easy the first 20 miles. Idle smoothed out within 5 miles, shifting is perfect, and with some semi-aggressive merges after 20 miles, the acceleration is strong and linear. I really hated the old 3-4 shifts and that is totally gone now. Great job @OVTune and thanks! After about 50 miles, I reproduced my drive to work and it seems to have improved mpg by a bit (1-2), but will need to more time to validate that.

looking at your table of the new tune, it looks like it's in port then either for about a minute and a half at startup. So, i'd guess that's when it will clean.

Fare enough. Why don't you pm me with your explanation. So far what I read/heard on DI is making me concerned.

I would think regular inspection/cleaning when needed on the throttle body sounds like a reasonable option to more DI use to help elevate any concerns, adding CRC Intake Valve Cleaner every 5-10K, and potentially a catch can all seem like additional tips to keep in mind if we are really using DI a lot more often.

    That said, vroom vroom!

Yeah but we need to know if it's mandatory or not. Also, TB is not the only thing affected.
