In a sense, yes. But it doesn’t take a ton of gas to keep them clean (gas is a solvent, for those who did not know).

No need to be condescending, we know that gas is a solvent. The question is how much port injection is required to keep the valves clean. We know it's not a "ton". Nice technical term by the way. But how much is enough is what some are concerned with.

If port injection is running for 30 seconds at cold start and idle is 500RPM then each port injector fires 41 ties in that 30 seconds, more then enough to clean the back of the valves and intake port area. Not to mention RPM is much higher on cold start so that estimate is actually low

I put 30 miles on 2.0 91 today and I’m now over 100 miles. Really good tune - I like it a lot.

I did reset values before flashing and just wanted to mention that it will drive like crap for a little while after resetting values but it gets a lot better as it learns. I did do some launches early on to try and help it figure out that I’m running 93 octane. Hope that helps someone.

I used it pre-2.0 and continue to do so. Not a bad idea really. Even when I had a stock tune it seemed to run better with this additive. I'll continue to do so with this version of 2.0.

I believe that it is over 70k total, both MT and OVT on a Tundra.
