I haven't even updated to 1.02C yet and I wouldn't hesitate buying this again. It has been awesome.

I will install 1.02C later today.

There are per gear and per cylinder timing compensation tables to account for increased mechanical load in manual transmission vehicles. I was taught that these are generally not adjusted for normal driving conditions but may be adjusted to compensate towards the extreme ends of the operating range (high elevations, high temps, high engine temps, higher gears, etc)

Not being rude, but legitimately if money isn't the issue. Why in the world would you not want your truck to run so much better it feels nothing like the truck you "happily" purchased?

I'll report back but he was posting last night after 1am so I'm not expecting a file to load until tomorrow at the earliest most likely.

I am 04b12 and received what I believe is a 91 tune file, no 87 file. I am also anxiously awaiting the 87 tune. I didn't have time to flash it before leaving for work this morning but I will try it out for the drive home unless I get an 87 file before then.

Don't know if this is related to the tune, but here it goes. Truck sitting in the garage unlocked, been turned off for few hours. I open the front passenger door to grab something inside, heard a noise from the back. Sounds like the fuel pump running / priming inside the gas tank. Truck still off, ignition off, been off for hours.

I shut the door, noise continues, I locked the doors with remote, noise continues. I open the gas cap, heard some air swooshes by as the pressure equalizes, noise stops.

Went to bed, truck start and run fine this morning. Anyone else experience this? I've opened doors countless times in the past while truck is off, never heard fuel pump noise until yesterday.

I think the truck is trying to prime / pressurize the fuel system, when I opened the front passenger door. But after about 2 minutes, the noise (fuel pump?) continues, until I open the gas cap to release the pressure.

I've had this with other vehicles. Are you sure it was actually the fuel pump? I would bet not. It was probably a relief valve equalizing pressure in the tank. The fact that it went away when you opened the gas cap makes me believe that is the case.

It's normal. They all do this. Part of the EVAP cycle.

Yup, testing the system for leaks, does it hours after you've last driven your vehicle and does seem to run for a bit.

My crystal ball tells me you will receive your kit, load up your tune, and love your truck more than you ever had before.
