Yeah I've got files for them too, (04B04 2.0f testing 87/91) but if it's coming soon soon - really soon - then might as well wait. Though I love this 2.0f minus the startup issue which I do have. I just grimace through it a bit and it drives better than any other beta I've ran thus far so I'm keeping it. Once it's warm you're golden so it's only like a couple of times a day at the moment.

Who off roads (on 4lo) with performance tunes? Wondering if I should give it another try.

I have in the past and it was WAY too twitchy for any reasonable thottle modulation when crawling. The newest 2.0 beta for 5.29s (2019 version) is much better but is still a little twitchy but easy to get used to. If I would ever get my vF key I would love to dig into the tip in but still sitting here with no vF key.

I'm on the latest beta for 2019 04B31 and it is definitely better in every way. I have no complaints whatsoever, and am REALLY excited for what SuperFOB Performance 91/93 will be like!

I have run the performance tunes exclusively with no problems and I like it,I have an M/T though so my experience will be different than yours.

Want to get this posted immediately, please be aware a user has confirmed there is a new ECU TSB/ new ECU versions available for 2016-17 MT 04B14.

We can likely expect this means another wave of TSB / reflash roll outs for other year tacomas are coming shortly after from Toyota.

What it is for specifically is unknown at this time.

Are you expecting a new TSB for 16/17 auto from Toyota as well?

Someone with active TS sub should be able to check and see what’s out there. There’s a few techs floating around who have checked and gotten the cuws before

They can check if Toyota already released new TSB for autos. If it's still in the planning phase, then only someone with insider knowledge like Mat can shine a light.

I care because I haven't unlock my 04B04 vF ECU credit yet, if Mat plan to develope for the new TSB, I have no problem waiting. I can flash 04B04 2.0 final via P5F.

I think you can see *some* info in TS even without a subscription. I don't remember if you can see a TSB # if there is one associated with it.

i have a question about the new release in FM. how will we know that the new file is in FM other than coming on here and checking everyday? Currently when you pick 2.0 in the drop down the options are beta, beta 4.88 and beta 5.29. Will it be named something different?

unlikely, but I've heard they watch what I do.

Checking this update on the MT, it is identical to 04B13 except changes in code.

So toyota changed something in the code only. All maps are the same.

need to find the TSB to predict what is in store for other trucks.

I had a look (in Canada's) TIS, I was unable to find any mention of 04B14. (I'm a Toyota dealer employee with access to all this stuff). I'll keep an eye open for this. Canada is usually a week or three behind on this stuff.

Do the 2020 test tunes have the fix for ACC and if so does anyone have any comments if the shifting in cruise is better?
