Correct. Not required but if you want to avoid all the quirkiness/weirdness after clearing learned values, start the "10 minute" idle count after coolant temp reaches 176*.

It seems that the severity of the starting stumble varied from truck to truck on the previous 04B04 2.0f. Mine had a very slight stumble before and now it doesn’t stumble at all when starting. I wonder if that is why others still have the stumble when starting with the new 2.0f file.

Am I going to have to upgrade to 04A61 from 04A60?

If so, how does one do that without visiting a dealer?

I was just curious if I was going to have to go through the trouble of pirating techstream.

If you want to do it yourself you’ll have to use the totally not pirated version of techstream. There’s a link in this thread that should take you to the most up to date version. Or you can try to find someone near you that already has techstream. Then you gotta find the proper file to flash the tsb to 04A61

    Thanks.

I actually just noticed 04A60 is listed as a valid ECU in p5flash for 2.0 anyway.

Looks like the executable got quarantined on your PC.
Look in Protection history log. Allow and try again.

    3 starts, all stubbles

Other than that.. 120 miles and riding great

not sure why the start sequence even had to be touched... we only complained about the throttle and shifting on these trucks.

You 91 or 87? Trying to see if any other 87 users are having the issue. I maybe had one warm start that had a little hiccup, but it was right after shutting off. But only one and nothing I would be concerned about...I don’t think. Haha

Truck seems to be running GREAT though. No crazy quick shifts, and I easily got above 90 with 35s and 5.29s.
