I initially reported the stumble start on the latest 2.0 91 octane tune but have had many cold starts since then and it’s barely noticeable now. It’s so minor that I’m not going back to 19800 this time but keeping the latest 2.0 tune on my truck.

Are you noticing much difference between 19800 and the latest semi-final 2.0?

I get better gas mileage with the latest semi-final 2.0 compared to 19800 and 2.0 is just a great tune all around and I like having my ECT button back to its normal function with 2.0 final. That said, it's bit of a diminishing returns scenario where 19800 is WAY better than stock tune and the latest 2.0 is better than 19800 but if you compare either 19800 or latest 2.0 to stock tune, both are night and day 100% better than stock.

After a couple hundred miles, this latest Beta tune has settled in quite nicely... yes, still a hiccup on cold start, but the power is there... it overall just feels different from former tunes.

A bit more mellow, but more definitely more torque according to my butt dyno.

All stock 2016 Limited double cab V6 AT 91 Octane.

I like it, although I'm still looking forward the the final 2.0.

    Well done, Matt - thanks!

Agreed on all fronts. But Dyno senses some more low end torque, better driveability etc. Once startup issue is solved I'll be focusing more time on other avenues. Damn near perfect tune.

Agree - more low end torque... I originally felt that it STILL needed a few hundred more RPM before going into 4th and a perhaps a couple hundred more before going into 5th, but I'm starting to like it just as it is... yes, I'm surprised by that and also impressed.

Going back to stock. Starting up the truck is embarrassing.

Is anyone else's running a little rough after a cold stumble start?

Mine does when the engine is cold, I've got about 200 miles in since flashing.

Yeah. I have stumbles and misfires for the first 30 seconds of driving. Clears up though. And if I let it warm up a few minutes, it doesn't do it.

ETA that I have about 350kms on this version

Same here. Once it warms up it's fine. I have almost 300 miles after flashing to the most recent "04B04+2.0+Base+91+OL+31+-+33T" tune.

I only flashed it yesterday and got 10 miles on it, but the shifting was pronounced and not smooth at all. I assume it may be cuz i cleared at and lv but is that common?

The shifting will get better with more miles, especially after clearing values. Mine is shifting awesome, just the cold start roughness and delay while starting.
