I'm the same! Probably because I cleared the values, I drive conservatively so I'm sure it will be back up.. I'm at 15 mpg average where I was 21 average before.

Upon flashing the new tune are we suppose to let it idle the 10mins like before?

My view is, there is a lot of learning happening in that idle until it gets up to temp (if you cleared LVs). But...it will eventually get there without it idling, so it isn't 100% necessary. I usually idle until the temps come up.

    Yes.

Wiping the laptop most likely changed the internal hardware IDs, thus your old regfile would no longer work.

Same ecu here, same tune. I cleared the learning values as well. Until it hits 2nd, it hardly moves coming from a stop, traffic I'd normally pull into I let pass the last couple days on 2.0 Final. I'm having to put it near or literally to the floor to get going. This is the first 2.0 Tune that drove like this, I've tried the others, none had the low end grunt/pep that 1.05 has. I've gone a couple hundred miles on the final tune, I"ll give it a couple more days(maybe) then it's back to 1.05.

I think you're only suppose to clear LV and AT, not DTC

DTC won't matter, it's just wiping the diagnostic trouble codes (if any exist) and resetting the status of the monitors. If you have a check engine light it'll turn it off, that's about it.

Opposite experience. On 1.05 91/performance I'd have a hell of a time getting the truck to shift where it was supposed to. Getting it to drop to 4th from 5th just to get some acceleration going was a nightmare.

very strange man. 1.05 was also 1 of the tunes(been on every one) that needed zero learning/break-in time, I've gone back to it after trying every release he drops and each time it's spot on as soon it's loaded. It's why he's always said, find the tune that YOU feel works best for you and go with it and for me that's 1.05.

I think that part of the reason is that you both have different years, and thus different ECU versions. Unfortunately there seems to be a bit of nuance when tuning between the different ECU versions. With my 2019, I also had the issue with 1.05 not downshifting into 4th on the highway, but I'm pretty sure that the 16/17 trucks never had that problem.
