That why I've mostly only touched throttle related areas on mine.

Matt's file was touchy in the throttle for me.

I only recently did into the timing areas and only retarded some areas to stop some of the higher knock feedbacks. I'm to scurrred to do anything fueling or advancing timing.

And changing the fuel mix to more di seems to be a winner as well. Still runs enough port for cleaning.

I'm looking forward to the new stuff, especially the mt throttle and his exhaust patch. I'll just have to throw my throttle back in there.

 

Well said! It's always nice to take some community input sometimes, but as we all know, you can't please everyone. Let the man with experience create the tune how he sees fit.

For MTs, yup. I put probably 150mi on the 04B14 Ultimate test tune. Considering my latest 2.0 SFOB Prem edited tune, I cannot find an area that needs a tweak. Ultimate betters it all around.


The RevHang and 1st gear DFCO are still being hammered out. I think @OVTune is close to this: .


Edit: RevHang in a very particular situation: one gear, throttle state, and small RPM band is all that I could find.

ill bet that throttle hang is that weird one.

the one where you are just lightly cruising on the throttle, going slightly uphill, at 3k rpm and push the clutch in and it hangs fooooooorrrrrreeeeeeeevvvvvvvvvverrrrrrrrr

for no real conceivable reason...that one baffles me

That situation is gone as far as I can tell, but I will try it on the way home today.
