This begs the question will there be a sale when you have the “VF Tuner” cables in stock?

Just buy it man it’s worth it and the 15% or something you might save isn’t worth the wait for it to maybe happen.

Be that as it may many vendors offer sales/group buys so the ask isn’t unreasonable.

the thing is as it is right now we are barely able to stay in stock.
In the past when we do sales the amount of orders double or triple, then the wait times also do, and people complain. Even when we tell them ordering during a sale will guarantee extra wait time.

compound that with the issue of limited resources right now due to COVID affecting the manufacturer of microchips (used in the cables), it's a recipe for a customer service nightmare.

Excellent! I just refreshed my browser tab to check on this since it’s mid-week and I’ve got a possible road trip coming up, would love to be able to flash some stuff before then. I figure I sent in my info weeks ago so hopefully on the early list

Great question! I think the sub forum for VF Tuner software would be appropriate. There is a thread for it that Tonered authored right here. I’ve just been copying info from here as it comes in case anyone happens to be following along there instead of TW.

Once things are in full swing I’m sure there’s going to be questions here and on the VF Forum so it may get a little busy. Hopefully we can all respond to them best we can here on the forums with the information provided with the instructions to reduce OVTune’s load.

So I have the current version of vf tuner and from what I have read this version will be obsolete due to a whole new flash manager coming out soon.

The Flash Manager Replacement is not for folks who already have a vF License. It is for OG folks who are still using the OVT Flash Manager program and don't want to edit tunes in vF. It will sort of be a Flash Only version of vF.

What you're looking for is vF Version 1.3.0. It is the big update that we're looking for. Folks that have an existing vF License.

Complete information for this update will be on our forum, and we will email it to pending tickets (requesting update tickets/emails).

NOTE, very important to understand, if you already have VF TUNER this update is NOT FOR YOU.
