Is anyone else having trouble downloading the PCM Flash? I can't click on the large zip folder or the download button.

Didn't work, used edge, chrome, and Firefox. Is there a plug in I'm missing or does anyone have the actual file they can send me?

How long does it usually take you guys to get your license activated when initially setting up your tune? I was pretty excited to have received my tuning kit but its anticlimatic now that ive been stuck for a day because of licensing activation turnaround.

 

Anywhere from 1 to 5 days is what I think we've seen depending on backlog. Have to remember right now he's doing most of this himself and by being the gatekeeper, while time consuming, it is providing you an additional layer of comfort that you're getting the right file(s) registered to your truck, etc., We've all been there though - like watching a pot come to boiling temperature. As soon as you stop looking at it, it will happen

 

all license keys that have been emailed to me last night / this morning has been sent over to guardiant. We should hear back pretty soon

 

Ok quick question. I don’t know if then has been mentioned lately but I’m in need of a laptop to load the tune. The computer will be used solely for the tune and nothing else.

The one I’m looking at has windows 10 and 4 gb of ram. Will this be sufficant?

 

Yes, just make sure it has 2 USB Ports.

Will a usb splitter work?

 

A splitter will work but you may run into problems. I’d recommend a separate port to minimize running into problems.
