To late, I already have. I emailed mat a couple hours ago and just gave up and stopped and unplugged everything. I did re-try to flash before i cut it off and same thing. Even tried stock tune and same.

Should be able to use the clear DTC function in PCM flash then....

Or in an OBD scan tool..

just fishing here... but how was your battery testing?? just grasping b/c I know that can cause a failure.

Also - one thing I experienced was that I downloaded the attachments from Mat from my Yahoo account and it automatically zipped them. When I unzipped them to flash, it would not write successfully and I was perplexed b/c the file sizes / names / etc., all appeared to be the same but something in the compress/uncompress operation tinkered with the checksums or bin size or something. I then downloaded them individually and they worked fine.

That said, I'm just a passenger and Mat's our driver and I'm sure he'll get you sorted out. I know it's frustrating (and scary) though!

Your right about frustrating and i am ready to just fix this and trade the damn thing in. Love the truck but hate the powertrain.

Run the flasher again and just attempt to flash again. Make sure all connections are secure.

Nothing is damaged, just needs to be flashed and booted again.

Sorry for the delay, been on the dyno all day

@OVTune How many miles do you think you will test 1.03 before release for the AT? Not asking for a time frame, but interested regarding the relearning issues.

    I’m gonna piggyback on this.
It says on your Facebook that you’ll be closed 1/13-1/22. Is this going to impact the release of the new update?

it will be released once it is ready. I'm not looking to rush 1.03. I want it perfect.

400-500 miles testing, 200 highway minimum

I think it should be 1,000 miles for testing. I noticed the degradation around that point. Totally fine with you wanting to get this one right. Let’s make it count!

Agree, it does take awhile for the learning to work it's poison. I also feel like sometimes it's less about the number of miles driven vs. number and variety of trips. For example, if I do a 300 mile drive in a day I don't notice changes in behavior over the course of that drive. If I do 30 shorter trips over the course of a week and log the same 300 miles, I will experience changes in behavior (speaking purely from prior experience.) Just a theory...

My RPM’s at 80 we’re probably 2600-2700? Higher than on stock, but it would stay in 6th gear, whereas stock it would constantly drop down to 5th.
