    Hi, Stuck on the PCMFlash screen. Won't read the dongle. Emailed OV but no response yet. I have:
    • Disabled virus software
    • Restarted 2x
    • Removed and re-installed the drivers 2x
    • Installed on a second Win10 laptop
    Anybody have this problem and get past it?

    looks like some of the dongles need guardant registration process. Just an extra step to get setup, sorry everyone. They were suppose to be preset, but probably because they were rush delivered
