Anyone with a Gen3 in the Denver Metro area with ??? feel free to "start a conversation." I installed the Tune and have the hardware. For a small fee I can save you some $$. You provide the compatible computer and OVTune Software and I will help you with the rest. No need to purchase the hardware.

Just purchased my upgrade! Cant wait to get the cable a day off to do it. Working 12 hours a day straight through the 5th of July. I think I will probably sleep the first day off.

I just emailed Matt to ask him if i could run 89, after reading this thread i will ask about the performance of the 87. I drive a shit ton of miles and gas is rising. I also want to got to 33 or 34 inch tires. I saw a comment that this tune may resolve the odometer and speedometer issue. My old taco had 33's and it seemed to rack up the miles much faster than my current truck with 32's.
Last time I was out wheeling i got high centered and had to be pulled out by a wrangler, i didnt like that too much but was grateful for the help!

I always thought my battery voltage read low when flashing, generally around 11.8-12v. Toyota replaced my battery under warranty as it tested bad on my 30k service! That was what the beep was when I entered the truck sometimes apparently.

It still flashed just fine and the voltage didn't drop any lower that first reading.

27 months and 28k miles for the battery to die.

Yep, I got 20k and 14 months out of mine. Replaced with a X2Power/Northstar AGM which carries a 5 year warranty

87 oct and map is definitely a great option. I run 91 because I can afford the fuel and it's fun (the map), but I don't have any particular need to be running it. I ran the 87 map on 1.03 and 1.03C extensively and thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and would have no issues running it again on 1.04

    I don't notice a difference between the 87 and 91 tune. 1.04 04B02

    Edit: Dongle-less if it matters

K&N intake , OV ECU tune
Hi Everyone , i'm new member here

I've purchased the OV tune for AT a week ago , reading the INSTRUCTIONS FOR DONGLE-LESS SOFTWARE it says that you need to flash the ECU file first , then the TCU file , but I've received only one file which is the ECU tuned file

is there anyone in the forum with AT using the dongle less software confirm if they received both files , or only one for the ECU
