    @OVTune how do you think the turbos will affect emissions? I know a lot of states are strict on emmissions

    Unlikely that I will be pursuing carb compliance. The cost and hassle involved.. Don't know if I want to pursue that.


    5-6 single turbo estimate. I'll know more on costs later as there are a few turbo options are being looked at. (Single turbo EFR 7670, twin EFR 6258 but pricey, twin GT28R currently) in the end a lot of cost is reduced because these engines have no true header.

    My goal is seeing at least 7 psi by 2500 rpm. Goal of 10psi on 93.

    Anyways happy 4th. I'm off to bed

    Good to know but if these trucks can't pass emmissions then there's no point besides to have it purely off road use or track use only

    Well I just learned that my state (NJ) has the same emission standards as California for vehicles from 2009 or newer

    Can't you just flash your ECU back to stock, pass your emissions test, then reflash the ECU with OVTune? It's not like it's permanent.
