At highway speeds my tacoma randomly pulls to the driver and passenger side, it requires constant steering wheel input to keep it in a straight line. Below highway speeds it tends to only pull to the passenger side. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I recently had the driver side upper ball joint replaced and an alignment, the new alignment was good for about 2 weeks, now it wonders and pulls worse.

    Any input is appreciated

Is it lifted? Stock UCAs with a lift can do that

You might need new steering rack bushings.
