    Welcome to TacomaWorld!
Pay what you think it is worth. I got the same truck, minus the Towing package (color=Indigo Ink Pearl {dark blue})...
That price sounds like it is around MSRP... We got ours for $500 over invoice (something over 25,000)... But Tacomas aren't big out here is St. Louis, MO... Where Tacomas are in higher demand, the dealers may not want to offer less...

If you want to try and get it at the lowest price, look up the invoice at kbb.com, edmunds.com, yahoo, or any automobile pricing site... most all of them list invoice and msrp with different packges...

$24,843 Discounted price including the rebate.. the rest of the cost is for a dealer fee(florida), sales tax, and tags.

check out edmund.com You can see what the going price in your area is, also look up the price on carsdirect.com that will give you an idea of what the lowest price dealers are willing to sell the car for....good luck in your search!!!!
