Ya, go-pro day sounds good. Once everything is wrapped up.

Plan is to get these installed. Might do a shackle flip too, most likely. Take some measurements, figure out shocks, order shocks and hydros. Build a new home for the shocks and bump can carrier.

Ya, I'm hoping on in that fine line of backspace where I can tuck and not rub while not eating my rear fenders. Doubt it tho. If I have to run a 2" shock, that's plenty, ill never overwork a rr 2" shock with a soa setup.

 

im on the fringe with my KMC's, yesterdays re-measurement I had roughly 1/4-1/8" clearance from the tire to a 2.5" shock at full angled stuff, a bit tight for my liking.

 

Pretty sure mine are a touch more inboard than yours so not likely going to work. Won't run spacers, the fenders already get kissed. 2.0 is plenty, esp with a resi. Not like I go fast anyhow, truck it like a fuggin pack mule.

 

What are you going to do with your fox resis in the back?

 

Ill sell em, as long as they are the new travel limiting factor, which I suspect they will be, especially if I do a shackle flip. Not totally sold on the shackle flip due to the affect on the up travel uncertainty but I like to idea of the clearance gained. If I lose a tiny up travel I can live with it and my fenders will thank me as well so sort win/win. Dakars will be sold too.
That is all of course if the new springs are everythign the Old man promises
