    Hey thats me!>!>!

I beat them up pretty good and they may have settled like 1/4 inch.

Next thing is to get a BAMF BPV relocate

    Both pics are full throttle.

Most the guys dump their overload with the addition of the extra leafs , you can do this retaining the overload but will be close as to re using stock U bolts, just remember that its going to add roughly 1/2" - 3/4" lift to overall upgrade..

Speaking of U bolts , its always better to buy new ones but re using the old ones is fine as long as there is little or no thread stretch....;)

You'll also probably want to do a center (carrier) bearing drop to correct the drive angle that will show itself as a vibration at diff. speeds (usually low speeds) & this corrects 99%- all vibes...

Diff breather mod soon to follow, as for the need for an overload.. they are unnecessary unless you always have a full load.

Your tool box and tire carrier will barely stress it.

I had easily 200 lbs worth of camping gear in the bed and barely dipped.

Very nice Don, looks like a decent shop you're at, are you a mech. by trade??

haha , yeah I did a rush job on Micah's 1st gen springs in regards to the squeak pads, i slapped some adhesive on the ends , had some OEM pads that were , well, there stock 'yota crap, little pieces of thin plastic, think they lasted about a day out at Superstition...

So tomorrow I'll use some BF Goodrich sidewall off my donor wheel barrow.:D

thats what I've been using since day one, no squeaks & haven't lost any yet...

What do I have ? I've got ad nausia from seeing the names Deaver,Dakars,Allpro,Alcan. etc:....over & over, almost like most members have been brain washed into thinking that only these manufacturers can fix suspension woes...

I know the fix for your needs..

I HAVE the fix for your needs..
But you just go right on out & get ya some Deavers
    or simliar "brand springs"..:p:p
