Mostly electrical shit that nobody cares about.
I could write out a whole list, but it's really going to depend on the extent of your maintenance.

Let's start by getting you a nice 1/2in electric impact gun. Go for the lithium ion battery ones, can't really go wrong. I like the yellow and red brands.

300 piece tool set from crappy tire or I guess harbor freight if your American.
torque wrench in a 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch
breaker bar although a pipe works too.
haynes repair manual is old school but pretty informative

There was a time when I'd say hit Sears and get a comprehensive kit such as this:
    https://www.lowes.com/pd/CRAFTSMAN-...Gunmetal-Chrome-Mechanics-Tool-Set/1000596571

And fill in holes or special tools as you find you need them.

Used to be Snap-On/Matco/MAC -> Craftsman -> junk imports. Craftsman wasn't as nice as the nice stuff but it was decent for non-professionals. But that was when Craftsman was still made in the USA and Sears were everywhere for warranty.

Now a days I dunno if it's worth building up a collection of mid-priced tools like that, not sure the quality is any better than Harbor Freight so @coopcooper might be right. Get cheap and replace the ones you break with Snap-On maybe.

If it was me I guess I'd try surfing Goodwill and Craigslist to find used tools and build up a collection.

You mainly need 8/10/12/14/17/19/22/24mm sockets and wrenches. Can't hurt to have 13mm but that's not strictly a JIS drive size. Problem is Tacoma isn't 100% old school Toyota and is more like a domestic vehicle with mixed parts, so you sometimes do need standard SAE sizes.

BTW, having two of some things like 10mm and 14mm combination wrenches is handy.

ETA: I dunno why the previous poster removed this useful link!

snap on stuff is nice and I've broken enough stanley and craftsmen hand tools that i got tired of replacing them, but snap on and other brands like mac and matco are expensive so if you dont use your tools everyday the cost might not outweigh the build quality for some people.
