Unfortunately it is for the "Least" improved and vehicle satisfaction.

Ford and Chevrolet top the list for most improved and "Customer satisfaction"

If I had to bet, I would surmise that the funding for this "survey" may have been sponsored by a government entity. What do ya think?

Well its kinda hard for toyota to improve on the previous models (first gens:p). Ford and chevy have a lot to improve on so it makes sense.
