So i was leaving school last night after taking my last final, got a 94, and this happens. It was a 2-lane road, I was on the outside and the beamer was on the inside. Their lane was backed up with traffic so he decides to change lanes, but he neglected to see me coming. I did everything I could to avoid it but nonetheless.

The trooper was wondering the same thing. The only reason I can think of is that when I swerved and went up the curb on the median I caught a little air made contact when I came down, which would have dropped me down a few inches.

She charged them with fault and gave them a citation.

Well, glad to see the M3 caught a shit-ton of damage, hopefully his insurance pays for all repairs.. a-hole doesn't deserve to be driving... most BMW owners don't. :D

And yeah, how did he hit so high on the fender?

x2. It seems I always have issues with the assholes in their BMWs and other nice cars. They seem to think they own the road. I always plan on one of them to cut me off or do something stupid (because they are talking on their phones).

Hope their insurance takes care of you. find the most expensive repair shop!

I dunno how often I have to say this...get an aftermarket bumper. Believe me, these fuckers stop for that.

And a tow-hitch. Seriously for about $30 they will absolutely destroy anyone's car who rear ends you and slight damage or none at all to you.

Plate steel front and rear bumpers and sliders... pretty much makes your truck 3/4's damage-proof from road idiots.. :D Just ask Oswego :)

What's the difference between a porcupine and a BMW?

With a porcupine, the pricks are on the outside...

    Yes.
Wow, I cannot believe how many Tacomas are getting destroyed in the last week...

At least you didn't get the majority of the damage!
