It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
If it got t boned on driver side by that RV..and snapped the spindle/mangled the upper A-arm..then my bet is the frame is bent.
These frames aren't full size domestic frames that are designed to withstand shit to be ran into them..it's a mid size pickup.

Easy way to tell is look at core support..see if it sheared the bolt off..or at least bent the bolt.
If it did, chances are frame is tweaked. Those core supports are pretty strong..

I had a similar hit on my 06 and they totalled mine. I did owe like 13k still tho. And it was 4wd. They said because of it being 4wheel, it was more $$ to fix.. :/ good luck man

Not sure if you heard anything back yet regarding your truck, but my truck is in the shop with the below damage, $8,500 worth. I had no structural issues, worse damage was the fact that the brackets holding the radiator on where bent.

Right now it's sitting at the wrecking yard. I am going to talk to Toyota collision shop tomorrow. It will probably end up going to a high end collision shop that does work for porshe and other high end cars around here. I looked at their work and talked with them manger and I like what they said and the work they have done. The insurance company wants me to pick soon they won't give me a rental until I do. Good this we have two other cars and my motorcycle. I can let this take a while to get what I want done.

What worries me now is that my wife let the truck run after the crash while dumping coolent. I'm worried about potential long term internal engine damage. She doesn't think it overheated or anything but on such a new e fine I don't wa t problems to show up 50,000 miles down the road.

I'm also interested about e depreciation that will accrue due to now having a crash and a unclean carfax. Will I be compensated for that? If I tried to dump it after it's fixed I will not be able to sell it for top dollar like I could had it not been hit.

Unless she ran it till it got super hot? you probablly don't have to worry about your engine. But I can feel your concern, no telling now how hot it got? Another reason to hope they total your truck.
