    On the models with navigation, the system knows when you are pretty much at a complete stop because it disables you from entering in an address until you are - so you probably wouldn't need to provide a speed sensor, you'd just need to research the schematics to know which wire disables the touchscreen.

    As far as install goes it's very simple. With a camper shell this method does not work. Pretty sure the kit will need to be installed after the camper shell wiring which on mine is a quick connect with different color wires. I'll look harder later this week when I get time and try to figure out how to do it.

    Third brake Light for shell is wired to the drivers tail light.
