    In!

Need to work on my photography skills though.

And I will admit I did submit within the first deadline last time and had to rush it...

Plenty of time this time around.

Reminds me I need to order. I always seem to remember when it's almost weekend and I want to use it.

Deal. I'll make one of the first shakers of 'Unicorn' a prize for the Pitfaced category winner. Not sure when I can deliver, but I will when I can!

Weber makes the Ranch Kettle, but I think it’s only like 4’ across.

So with the new temp probe I figured out my smoker is fluctuating a lot...had to finish in the oven and it was stalled pretty good. I'll say it came out great! Again with the PF spicy rub!

I'll start another thread when we're ready to take entries and THAT thread will be where you're officially in. I have you on the list of interested parties, so I'll be sure to tag you when that thread pops up! We'll leave this thread going throughout as a discussion thread about the competition. I'm looking forward to this one!

Yes! It's a lot of fun. A successful cook and a touch of creativity goes further than photography - we aren't fancy, just hungry.

I have a question. Will this be a competition for main dishes? Or are is it for the "whole plate"? Will there be a dessert category?

 that was 3 questions, ya big dummy!

It’s all open to suggestions right now. I like categories myself :)

More chances for people to win and more food for us to drool over. I think as long as it was done on the smoker we should be able to enter.

So, it's more a smoker contest than a purely cooking contest?
