YOU CUT THE PARSLEY? :D Knucklehead, the only guy that complained about that sets his smokers on fire! Just kidding.
If you sell some small bags I'll give it a try. By now you know I'm a picky old bastard.

I think we had 1 nay and like 12 who-cares votes.

It's only slightly cut and really goes back to the original proportion. I bumped it a tad before sending the samples out. The biggest reason was frankly to facilitate a little better flow through shakers. It doesn't add much beyond visual appeal and texture, so no impact on the tasting experience ;).

I can absolutely count on you for good, honest feedback ;). I'll keep you posted when the final product arrives :D.

Right, my feedback was/is parsley? What parsley? :) I have some unicorn left, and I'm burning a brisket this weekend. I may have to throw some on.

To add, a full packer, 11 pounds. After I get done mangling it, er trimming it, where to use the rest of the unicorn? Point or part of the flat? Just dust the whole thing? Prolly don't have enough for the whole thing. Just put it on my bran flakes? :anonymous:

Ya I figured I would make BURNT ends from the point. ;) I usually only use SP for a brisket, so unicorn should fit the bill, especially on the P. :)

Mighty fine looking food. What brand of varnish did they use on the pic? I’m guessing maybe minwax.
