So last update, I FINALLY got my stuff from *********. Took well over a month. Had to paint the Amp board myself and as of this date, I still have not received the refund on it as Rob promised. So essentially, I got an unpainted (Line-X) board for the price of a fully painted one. Great deal, eh?

After completing the install, I was unable to re-install the single sided seat because the back pinches the sub. Now I find out that with the ********* box, you have to cut the plastic backing off the seat to make it close. Otherwise when the sub is pumping, there is to reflex room and it just doesn't get the full effect. I think it knocks out about 30-40% of the sub capability when the seat is up and the sub is resting against the back seat.

I wonder if you have to do this with Mr. Marv's box? Anyone?

I am worried that over time, cutting the plastic off the back of the seat may make the seat "sag". I am going to try and cut out just enough of it to make the sub fit. This is not mentioned on the ********* website. The site says "Custom Designed to hide behind the seats in your Double Cab Taco " (assuming you don't mind cutting up your back seats).

The POSITIVE news, it sounds awesome!

Mine fits fine with the seats up, the back did rub on the sub when folded down so I cut just that portion off the back. See pic...

It still rubs but not as bad as when the portion was not cut out but when the seat is up I have a good 3" of room.

Glad you finally got your stuff!!! I have one of Marv's boxes that is of a similar design with an IDQ 10 and I did end up needing to remove back of the seat. I've tried to avoid cutting anything up. I want to be able to put everything back to stock if ever decide to sell the truck.
