    x2 on the ultimate seal...worked very well and seals up tight!

    You can remove the tailgate with the Extang MaxSeal, though it doesn't fit in the same places that the ultimate seal appears to. I like that - too bad it wasn't available when the 2016s first came out (or the Extang was what everyone was pushing at the time).

    I notice you removed the bump stop that originally sat above the cable hang and below the latch catch. How’s that going for ya?

    How’s the seal lasting and is there anything you would do differently a second time around?

    Everything is hold up great. Looks and seals tailgate just as good as the day I installed it.

    Perfect, thanks! I was thinking of removing the bump stop too, I imagine the seal would do it's job!

    You can see how I twisted seal as it get towards top of bedside also. Did that's because bedside tappers in.
